Mâché Mat is the name of my entry for Allegorithmic's Meet Mat competition. The aim of the competition was to take an untextured 'Mat' and texture it using Substance Painter. My entry was inspired by models that I made as a child using papier-mâché. I wanted my entry to have a crafty feel to it with realistic paint dribbles. I also spent a lot of time trying to get some realistic creases in the paper and masking tape. Unfortunately I didn't win anything in the competition but I learnt a lot in the process and had a lot of fun doing it.
